Blades Landscaping has been doing an excellent job on our common areas, and will have their contract extended another year.
Fees are $5000 per year, this includes weekly visits in spring, summer, and early fall and one visit per month during non-growing
season.
Estimated Expenses for 2008-2009 are as follows:
Electric: $410
Water: $1175
Copies: $175
Misc (ads, stamps, mailings): $200
Maintenance: $5000
Website: $150
Activities: $250
Reserve: $1000
Total: $8360
Estimated Dues Paid: 8096.25 (at 85% of the 127 homes multiplied by the $75 fee)
With a surplus from last year of $1200, we're projecting a $936.25 balance.
