The residents of Crystal Springs have done some wonderful things together. In 2002 we won Best Adopt Spot for our entryway
on Crystal Street in a citywide competition for landscaping. We were also invited to participate in Fayetteville's Neighborwoods,
which provided trees in the front yards for many of our homeowners.
Throughout the years we have held different events. We've had a Fun Day that involved softball and a picnic. Sometimes we
have an Easter Egg Hunt, a Ladies Night Out and/or an annual Neighborhood-wide Yard sale.
The Crystal Springs Homeowners Association was formed in May 2000. The purpose of the HOA is “to promote a safe and
caring neighborhood, to provide a means for working together to solve neighborhood issues, to provide maintenance of common
areas of the subdivision, and to enforce the Covenants and by-laws of the subdivision”. (Section I of the Crystal Springs
Bylaws.)
